The partners in the practice are Dr Sarah Weidmann, Dr Jenny King, Dr Jeremy Shindler,

Dr Sarah Weidmann MB BS, DRCOG, MRCGP, FFFP |
Sarah Weidmann trained at the Royal Free Hospital and joined the practice in 1985. Her special interests include family planning, minor surgery, and GP education. |

Dr Jenny King |
Jenny King qualified in 1989 at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School and joined the practice as a partner in 1994. She is particularly interested in obstetrics and palliative care. |

Dr Jeremy Shindler |
Jeremy Shindler qualified in 1982 from Kings College Hospital Medical School in South London. He has been a partner at Coach House since 2000 and previously worked as a GP in Croydon and in general hospital medicine. He has been training doctors in general practice since 1992. His clinical interests are in Diabetes, general medicine and joint problems, palliative care and the relationship between people’s lives and their symptoms. |

Dr Simon Hodes |
Simon qualified from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1996, before completing his General Practice training in London. He joined the practice in April 2001. He is involved in training medical students, junior doctors and trainee GPs, and his clinical interests include Diabetes, Paediatrics and ENT. |

Dr Rachel Tudberry |
Rachel Tudberry qualified in 1997 from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London University and completed her General Practice training at Coach House Surgery in 2002. She was accredited as an associate GP trainer in 2007. Her special interests include mental illness and teaching trainee GPs. She works part time. |
| Dr Gowri Sankaran MB BS, DRCOG, MRCGP,DFFP |
Gowri Sankaran qualified as a doctor in Kerala, India and, on moving to England she held several hospital posts in obstetrics and gynaecology, before commencing her GP training in Watford, completing her registrar period at Coach House Surgery in 2005. Since then she has worked as a salaried GP in Watford, rejoining Coach House Surgery in early 2007. She became a partner in April 2010. |
| Dr Fran Margo MBBS, MRCGP, DCH | Dr Margo joined the practice in June 2010 as a GP Retainer. She works part time due to family commitments. |
The partners will also have qualified doctors who are receiving additional training in general practice or medical students in the practice from time to time
Practice Nurses
The partners employ three practice nurses and 2 health care assistants to help them with the clinical care for patients.
Annie Woolley – Practice Nurse
Annie is a Registered General Nurse, who qualified at The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel. She joined the practice in 2003 and works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. In addition to general nursing procedures, Annie’s special interests are Travel Medicine, Asthma and Child Immunisations
Liz Sansom – Practice Nurse
Liz joined the practice in November 2007. However she has been associated with the practice for several years as she was previously on the District Nursing Team. She is a Registered General Nurse.
Dee Clarke - Practice Nurse
Dee qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1993 having trained at Watford General Hospital. Since qualifying she has worked mainly in elderly care, palliative care and has community nursing experience. She has taken further studies in care of the elderly, counselling and care of the dying. She has been with the Practice since February 2009 and works part time due to her family commitments.
Lisa Hoyland – Health Care Assistant
Lisa has been trained to undertake simple nursing tasks, such as phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs and height/weight measurements.
Practice Manager – Lisa O’Sullivan
Lisa is responsible for the day to day running of the practice, the staff, health and safety, complaints and suggestions. She is based at the main surgery.
Administration Team – Barbara Rowe, Janet Donovan, Sharon Cheshire, Danielle Cheshire and Nicole Cheshire
Lisa is supported by Barbara Rowe (Assistant Manager), Janet Donovan (Medical Secretary) and Sharon Cheshire (Senior Administrator). Together the administration team deal with all aspects of patient registration, finances, maintenance and other administrative tasks; they are assisted by Danielle and Nicole on a part-time basis.
Reception Team – Helen Muller, Jill Rogers, Gillian Luscombe, Eileen Williams, Patricia Ketteringham, Hayley Child, Danielle Cheshire, Shirley Stirling, Susan Coultham plus Barbara McCarthy at North Approach
Our receptionist team make your appointment on our computerised system, check you in when you arrive at the surgery and handle any queries at the front desk. They organise many tasks behind the scenes, including arrangements for repeat prescription requests and test results.
The Primary Health Care Team
The practice works closely with health professionals from other parts of the NHS, for the benefit of patients registered with the practice. This includes our district nursing team, our health visitors and counsellors, our community midwife and our graduate mental health worker. We also can access the local Macmillan nurse when needed and Social Services colleagues.
